How can I use my Groupon to schedule a massage?
Book your massage for the time and day that works best for you. You may leave a comment stating you will be using a groupon voucher. You will still be required to put a card on file however you will not be charged for the session. Once you arrive for your service just show your Groupon voucher as your form of payment. In case of a cancellation after the 24 hour period or a no show, the card on file will be charged up to 100% of your service fee.
Do you offer couples massage?
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to perform a couples massage.
Can I get a massage at the same time as someone else?
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to perform multiple massages at one time. We can however schedule them one after another if time permits.
I can not reach anyone by phone and I need to reschedule my appointment. What should I do?
You have the ability to cancel or reschedule your appointment through your confirmation email. You must make those changes 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. For emergencies that occur after the 24 hour period please call and leave a voicemail or send a text to (407)426-4344.
Should I arrive early for paperwork?
Most paperwork is done online when making your appointment. Be sure to leave early enough to accommodate traffic and locating our office so that your time is not cut into.
What should I do if I’m running late?
Call to let us know you are on the way. Please be advised we run a tight schedule so running late may result in time being taken from your session.
Do you accept cards?
We accept cards, cash and cashapp.
Where are you located?
1850 Lee Road suite 304. We are in the Lee World Center building on the third floor. You are welcome to park anywhere you'd like. To get to the third floor please use the elevator then enter the doors on the right. You will find our suite on the right side of the hall.
